Linda Joyner, Owner

Linda spent 20 years working in the retail and wholesale industry. Her experience includes sales, management, and purchasing. During this time, Linda also administered the bookkeeping for her husband’s construction company. She worked closely with the accountants and gained a comprehensive understanding of the many needs of small business owners.

Inspired by this experience, Linda founded her own company. Alternative Solutions has been overseeing the bookkeeping for multiple clients in various industries since 1997. After working solo for three years, the business was expanded and now employs three full time bookkeepers.

Lorraine McCreedy, Senior Bookkeeper

Lorraine has been with Alternative Solutions since 2000 starting as our first employee. Lorraine skillfully trains and sets up new clients on QuickBooks™ and assists them with their bookkeeping needs. Her prior 15 years experience as a General Manager in the restaurant and baking industry has helped her to better understand and relate with our individual clients needs.

Pam Oved, Associate Bookkeeper

Pam started with Alternative Solutions in 2004. As an associate bookkeeper, she handles the accounts of several clients and heads up our payroll department. Her prior experience while working in the construction, banking, and wine industry enables her to meet the needs our clients from various industries.
